In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with bdt89 or accesses the Platform.

3.1 To register and maintain an Account on bdt89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3.2 bdt89 may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.3 Minors are strictly prohibited from using the bdt89 Platform. bdt89 employs age-verification procedures and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method, and any winnings will be voided.

4.1 To access real-money gameplay and betting on bdt89, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

4.2 You are permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bdt89 Platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Account detected will be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings therein will be forfeited.

4.5 Upon satisfactory completion of KYC verification, your Account will be fully activated for deposits, withdrawals, and all Platform features. bdt89 may apply restrictions to unverified Accounts, including withdrawal holds and bet limits.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 You must notify bdt89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.

5.3 bdt89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to notify bdt89 in a timely manner following discovery of a compromise.

5.4 bdt89 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional layer of security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA in their Account settings. bdt89 may require 2FA for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.5 bdt89 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bdt89 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All deposits to your bdt89 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal suspension pending resolution.

7.1 bdt89 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 General bonus rules that apply to all bdt89 promotions unless stated otherwise:

7.3 bdt89 is not obligated to offer bonuses or to match any specific promotional level. The availability of a bonus on one occasion does not create an entitlement to the same or equivalent bonus on any future occasion.

8.1 All games available on the bdt89 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt89 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform or to place bets;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game — any winnings derived from a known or exploited error will be voided;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, where such strategies are employed specifically to exploit bonus terms;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financially illicit purpose;
• Attempting to open or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or bdt89 staff via any Platform communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bdt89.

9.2 Where bdt89 determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bdt89 may, at its sole discretion: suspend or terminate the Account; void any bets or game rounds associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus, or winnings; and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
